Helse Vest, the Western Norway Regional Health Authority responsible for more than 50 hospitals and over 25,000 employees, faced a government mandate to biannually survey staff on patient safety while preserving respondent anonymity and working across a fragmented IT landscape. They needed to make survey results and corrective actions available to all management levels, ensure traceability and confidentiality, and automate a previously manual, time‑consuming process. Corporater provided support using its Corporater Business Management Platform with the integrated Surveyor module.

Corporater’s Surveyor module was deployed to distribute, collect and aggregate survey data (via satellite servers and Google web technology), present results at every aggregation level, and link corrective initiatives to KPIs for measurable follow‑up. The solution automated survey management, delivered real‑time reports and improved transparency across departments; Helse Vest achieved a response rate above the 70% target with 17,000 respondents, and can now monitor performance of initiatives and trends over time using Corporater BMP.
