Corporater Helps Steps Up Performance Management At E.on Romania

E.ON Romania, a major natural gas and electricity supplier serving about 3 million customers and reporting €1.1 billion in revenue in 2015, needed to upgrade its Balanced Scorecard approach to capture complex causal relationships and cascade companywide objectives across multiple organizational layers. To address this challenge, E.ON engaged Corporater and implemented the Corporater Business Management Platform to improve strategy execution, multi-layer scorecards, and enterprise performance management.

Corporater provided a certified, user-friendly and scalable platform plus dedicated implementation support and training, enabling non-technical staff to create scorecards, strategy maps, objectives and initiatives with minimal IT assistance. As a result, E.ON Romania now uses the Corporater Business Management Platform to visualize and analyze performance across all levels, gain a forward-looking view to spot trends and discrepancies, and take corrective action before there is an impact on financial KPIs.
