A Corporater Case Study
Gwinnett County, a large and fast‑growing government in Atlanta, needed a single, consistent way to define and communicate performance across departments—blending traditional performance assessment with continuous improvement. To meet this challenge the county selected Corporater and its Corporater Business Management Platform (Performance Management) to align strategic objectives, initiatives and KPIs and create a unified performance program.
Corporater implemented the Business Management Platform, trained administrators and end users, and helped refine scorecard objectives and KPIs; the rollout now includes 12 scorecards used by more than 30 users across 13 departments and over 800 strategic initiatives tracked by 59 groups. The implementation delivered greater transparency (presented at the Board of Commissioners’ Retreat and planned public visibility), stronger accountability (monthly director meetings and leadership appraisals), and increased efficiency with routine system updates handled in‑house—demonstrating measurable performance improvement driven by Corporater.
