National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), India’s largest power utility with an installed capacity of 62,110 MW, needed to break down information silos, streamline internal processes and align teams to organizational goals. Management reporting was time-consuming and error-prone, and the Operations Review Team (ORT) lacked a consistent, company‑wide view of performance. To address this, NTPC engaged Corporater and deployed the Corporater Business Management Platform, including its ORT management framework.

Corporater implemented inter-related, role-specific scorecards, automated dashboards and exception/escalation workflows that consolidate data for on-demand reporting, conditional alerts and analysis. As a result, Corporater reduced reporting time and improved report accuracy, increased productivity, saved managerial effort, improved ORT effectiveness and helped prioritize resource allocation to high‑impact areas.
