A Corporater Case Study

Corporater Helps Civil Service Bureau (Csb) Align Strategy With The Bahrain 2030 Vision

The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) of the Kingdom of Bahrain is the government body responsible for HR policy, payroll and service improvement across 54 government entities. Tasked by the Cabinet to align all entities with the Bahrain 2030 Vision and a unified “Takamul” government strategy, CSB faced inconsistent or missing entity strategies and lacked a scalable system to cascade, link and track Balanced Scorecard-based objectives and large volumes of performance data. To solve this, CSB selected Corporater and its Corporater Business Management Platform (performance management software) for its balanced scorecard capability and user‑friendly interface.

Corporater implemented an integrated performance management platform that cascades the government strategy to sectoral and ministry levels, provides scorecards and strategy maps, and visualizes KPIs via dashboards. As a result, Corporater enabled one common platform for collaboration and decision-making across all entities, improved top‑down communication and real‑time monitoring (including in-system alerts/emailing of responsible users), and gave leaders a single view of critical KPIs. Measurable impacts include deployment of 10 scorecards, about 420 active users, coverage of all 54 entities and visibility into performance for 50,000+ civil servants, streamlining reviews and faster, data-driven decisions.
