Corporater Business Management Platform simplifies Performance Tracking at Kenya’s Retirement Benefits Authority

The Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA), Kenya’s government pension regulator, faced a tedious, manual process for retrieving and validating performance data across its 12 divisions and needed an automated balanced scorecard to ensure consistent information flow and objective strategic reviews. To address this, the RBA engaged Corporater and selected the Corporater Business Management Platform as its enterprise performance management solution.

Corporater implemented its Business Management Platform on the RBA server, cleaned up KPI scorecards, integrated existing systems, and deployed automated balanced scorecards, data-entry forms, performance score computations and scheduled reports.
