Seadrill, a NYSE/Oslo-listed offshore drilling company operating a modern fleet of 68 rigs and some 6,500 employees, struggled with manual, fragmented collection of operational and financial data across global business units. Seeking consolidated, accountable management reporting that covered day-to-day finance, people, production and HSE metrics, Seadrill engaged Corporater and adopted the Corporater Business Management Platform to automate and standardize performance reporting.

Corporater implemented a unified reporting solution that aggregated financial and operational data from all rig types, enabled weighted scorecards and interactive dashboards, and trained Seadrill users and administrators on workflows and KPI management. The Corporater deployment became Seadrill’s primary source of management information, delivering greater transparency and drill-down analysis and producing 1,170 scorecards and 426 report types (supporting 450+ users), while linking operational and financial insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
