Sakthi Finance Ltd. (SFL) is a non-banking financial company in southern India that provides financing for commercial vehicles and construction equipment. Facing mostly manual data capture and a need to move from business-unit reporting to company-wide performance objectives, SFL engaged Corporater to deliver an automated, online performance management solution via the Corporater Business Management Platform.

Corporater implemented a balanced scorecard framework within the Corporater Business Management Platform, trained users, and integrated the platform with SFL’s existing systems; today 200 scorecards are used by 125+ business users across nine departments and 40 branches. The solution centralized KPI/KRA monitoring, improved transparency and alignment with strategic goals, enabled real-time executive reporting, and spurred plans to extend Corporater across the Sakthi Group.
