A Corporater Case Study
Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Limited (TSPDL), a Tata Steel subsidiary in east India that processes and distributes steel and manufactures auto components, faced fragmented, Excel-based performance measurement and lacked a “single version of the truth.” To align strategic objectives with unit- and functional-level KPIs and link action plans across the organization, TSPDL engaged Corporater and implemented the Corporater Business Management Platform to automate its balanced scorecard methodology.
Corporater delivered graphical, drill-down dashboards, standardized KPI definitions, workflows and user training, plus alerts to enforce timely data entry. As a result, TSPDL now runs 40 scorecards across 11 departments with more than 125 business users, improved transparency and real-time reporting, clearer alignment of KPIs to strategy, and faster, more effective reviews and decision making thanks to the Corporater solution.
