Corporatek worked with the law firm Miller Thomson to address the management of their approximately 7,500 corporate entities. The firm sought a solution that would improve efficiency and standardization across all of its offices.

The solution was the implementation of Corporatek's EnAct Platinum software. Key features included read-only access (WRAS) for clients, automatic form updates, and bilingual support. This provided measurable results by enabling the batch assembly of documents for maximum efficiency, freeing staff for more billable work, and eliminating the need for in-house coding of government forms. The data conversion from their legacy system was also noted as being nearly perfect.
