Forex Trade Optimization, an institutional forex trade specialist, was struggling with a legacy client reporting system that could no longer support its growing business, complex business rules, and compliance needs. Corporate Technologies, Inc. (CTI) was brought in to rethink the data strategy, technology, and end-user reporting experience, using SAP Business Objects alongside Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS.
Corporate Technologies, Inc. built a prototype to validate the approach, then reverse engineered the old Hyperion Brio reports and implemented a new forex activity data mart with intra-day updates and automated, client-branded reports. Over an 8-month project, CTI delivered hundreds of Business Objects reports with secure client data isolation, resulting in more accurate and timely trade reporting, improved compliance and scalability, better client service, and stronger retention and market opportunity.
