FH JOANNEUM - Customer Case Study

The customer, FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, needed a solution to model its cost centre and cost object structure, using data from its SAP system. They turned to the vendor, Corporate Planning, to implement its software for corporate performance management.

Corporate Planning provided its CP-AIR software, which was used by approximately seventy executives for budgeting and ongoing corporate performance management tasks throughout the year. The solution was successfully implemented, and the customer reported being very satisfied with its performance after many years of use, highlighting the importance of individual user training for company-wide acceptance.
