Crawford & Company expands Women LEAD to 120+ employees with Corporate Education Group

Crawford & Company, a large organization in the traditionally male-dominated claims management industry, sought to develop opportunities and support for women aspiring to leadership roles. Their challenge was to build leadership presence, confidence, and communication competencies among these employees. To address this, they partnered with the Corporate Education Group (CEG) to enhance their internal Women LEAD program.

The solution implemented by CEG consisted of delivering regular, custom workshops for the program's global cohorts. These highly interactive sessions covered topics like building confidence, managing up, and leveraging emotional intelligence. As a result of the partnership with Corporate Education Group, the program expanded significantly, growing from 80 participants in 2021 to over 120 women and 25 multicultural employees in 2022, empowering them to seize new opportunities and succeed.
