CDK Global, a $2B revenue leader serving more than 27,000 automotive retail locations, was burdened by manual, paper-based vendor payments—printing invoices, writing checks, mailing payments—with no visibility or card rebate program. To streamline dealer payments and add value for customers, CDK Global partnered with Corpay One to bring an integrated electronic payments solution (AP Assist) and an integrated card to its dealer network.
Corpay One implemented the solution in two stages—initially as a third-party app and later fully integrated into CDK’s ERP with single sign-on—enabling dealers to pay over $5 billion in invoices electronically across 1,500+ locations. The deployment delivered clear results: $6M in annual cost savings versus paper checks, $15M a year in card cash-back rebates, hundreds of AP hours recovered, and a measurable competitive advantage for CDK Global.
