Garber Automotive Group, a 51-location dealership network with 2,300+ employees and $1B+ in revenue, faced a monumental paper-based AP process—manual check runs, daily check cutting, and ongoing vendor enrollment issues that ate up staff time. To streamline payments and integrate with their CDK DMS, Garber turned to Corpay One’s payment automation solution (the Nvoicepay-enabled service).

Corpay One implemented a 7-week rollout that automated payables, handled vendor enablement, and enabled ACH and card payments with remote approvals. The change saved 2,164 staff hours, enabled 2,756 vendors for electronic payments, moved 64% of payments to electronic methods (including up to 34% on card and an additional 30% to ACH), and generated over $100,000 in rebates—freeing AP staff to focus on reconciliation and exception management.
