To solve this, Alegis partnered with Corpay One and implemented Viewpoint ePayments to automate their manual check-payment process and enable remote approvals.

Corpay One’s Viewpoint ePayments gave each office greater control and visibility, routing vendor inquiries to the ePayments service and freeing Alegis from routine payment follow-up. The change saved about 5 hours per week (approximately 260 hours per year), supported remote payment approvals, and allowed Alegis to scale nationally with fewer resources.
