How we worked with LV to optimise their Apprenticeship Levy and develop a pipeline of future leaders

LV= is one of the UK's largest insurance companies. They partnered with vendor Corndel to address the strategic need to establish management best practice, develop a strong peer network for leaders, and increase personal accountability across their management population.

Corndel implemented a highly customized 13-month leadership programme called 'Best Loved Leaders', funded by LV='s Apprenticeship Levy and based on Corndel's Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. The solution featured dedicated one-to-one coaching from Corndel's Professional Development Experts. The measurable impact included a 15% average increase in leadership confidence across key areas, a learner satisfaction rate of 8.6/9, and several promotions. The success of the initial programme led LV= to double the size of the next cohort and expand the partnership to include data analytics training.
