Case Study: Los Alamos National Laboratory achieves improved safety culture and streamlined EHS operations with Cority

A Cority Case Study

Preview of the Los Alamos National Laboratory Case Study

Los Alamos improves Safety Culture, reduces burden of multiple solutions and spreadsheets by implementing Cority

Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), a U.S. Department of Energy national lab with ~12,000 employees and a 75‑person Occupational Health team, faced an inability to reliably track or trend data, relied on paper and spreadsheet processes, and had dozens of siloed tools that limited reporting and security compliance. To address these gaps they evaluated cloud options and selected Cority’s unified SaaS EHS/Occupational Health platform to provide a single source of truth and meet strict IT/security requirements.

Cority implemented a cloud-based EHS and occupational health solution that consolidated systems, migrated wellness programs off spreadsheets, and automated reporting and clinic workflows. As a result Cority helped LANL decommission 75 independent applications, reallocate 1–2 FTEs through automated OSHA reporting, and cut clinical paper use by 50%, while improving data quality, cross‑department communication and driving a measurable shift to a unified safety culture.
