Yanfeng Automotive Interiors (YFAI), a global leader in automotive interior design and manufacturing with ~110 plants and 33,000+ employees, faced inefficient supplier quality management that left them unable to recoup costs—most notably a Supplier Chargeback process that averaged six weeks to complete.
