Barrick Gold, the world’s largest gold mining company with 12,000+ employees, faced fragmented exposure data collection—relying on spreadsheets, paper files and lab reports—while building a comprehensive health program. They needed a system to track historical exposures and similar exposure groups (SEGs), support statistical validation, enforce consistent global occupational exposure limits (OELs), and standardize reporting and corrective actions.
