Office Relief, a California-based ergonomic products supplier with 20 years in business, was “being held hostage” by an outdated eCommerce site that was expensive to maintain, disconnected from SAP, and forced staff into slow, manual order and credit-card workflows. To fix this, Office Relief engaged Corevist (using Corevist’s configurable web platform alongside Magento and SAP integrations) to replace the brittle storefront, remove dual data-entry points, and support the company’s complex B2B relationships.

Corevist acted as the integration layer, exposing real-time SAP data to Magento storefronts, centralizing content management, and enabling private B2B catalogs, customized price lists and complex order management; the project also rebuilt SAP processes and introduced Paymetric for PCI-compliant payments and ERP-IS for shipping. As a result, Corevist delivered secure, real-time SAP-driven eCommerce that eliminated manual credit-card handling, dramatically reduced the cost and scope of PCI DSS audits, removed dual data entry, sped product updates and enabled scalable B2B functionality and better site performance.
