Axalta Coating Systems, a global leader in coatings, needed to replace 12 disconnected B2B storefronts that were not integrated with SAP ERP. The lack of real-time pricing, availability, order tracking, and invoice visibility forced most EMEA customers to order by phone, creating a poor experience and extra cost. Corevist implemented a single, SAP-integrated Commerce Cloud platform that consolidated Axalta’s portals and supported expansion to 25 branded B2B portals across 10 languages. The solution delivered real-time SAP data for pricing, product availability, orders, shipments, credit status, and invoice history, while minimizing IT burden. As a result, Axalta nearly eliminated phone ordering and grew digital revenue by 206% since launch, while improving efficiency and customer service.
