Oregon Tool, a global manufacturer of precision cutting equipment, needed to modernize customer experience and move dealers and distributors away from phone, fax, and email ordering. Corevist helped them launch a B2B portal strategy that could integrate directly with SAP, support self-service, and scale across multiple countries without adding IT burden.
Corevist implemented Corevist Commerce Cloud, starting with Order Tracking for U.S. distributors and then expanding to online ordering with Corevist Grow in Europe and the U.S., followed by additional localized portals worldwide. The result was 12 B2B portals in 9 countries, a 325% increase in digital revenue, a 157% increase in transactions, and a 65% rise in average order value.
