Nearly Natural, a retailer and wholesaler of realistic artificial plants founded in 2001, needed an end-to-end retail management system to support high volumes and multiple sales channels (direct e‑commerce and wholesale). Their prior on‑premise QuickBooks‑based solution couldn’t handle the performance, inventory and order processing demands, and many workflows were slow and labor intensive.

In early 2006 Nearly Natural implemented CORESense as a centralized, real‑time “hub‑and‑spoke” platform—powering ecommerce, CRM, inventory, order and supplier management and supporting easy addition of sales channels. Scene7 image integration improved the shopping experience and doubled conversion rates, while CORESense automation eliminated manual entry, streamlined shipping/labeling and delivered a 300% improvement in office and warehouse efficiencies.
