3balls.com is a leading online retailer and eBay Power Seller of used and like-new golf equipment that also helps manage The PGA.com Value Guide. To diversify and grow, the company needed to replace a rigid tech stack with a single web-based system to integrate and automate order processing, inventory, fulfillment and customer communications across multiple sales channels.

After evaluating options, 3balls.com implemented CORESense’s end-to-end retail management solution, which unified eBay, eCommerce and fulfillment (including UPS and FedEx) in one application. The system launched in late 2002 and helped the company process several hundred daily orders consistently, cut data-entry errors, speed order handling and support a multi-channel expansion that drove more than 30% revenue growth from December 2002 to December 2003 with only minimal staff additions (avoiding roughly two additional FTEs).
