Taking the guesswork out of textile printing

Golla GmbH, led by textile printer Andreas Golla in Zwickau, Germany, faced the common challenges of fabric printing: colour fidelity, pixelation and costly reprints when artwork wasn’t production-ready. To solve this for short runs and fast turnarounds, Golla adopted CorelDRAW Graphics Suite (used with the Simple Seps plug-in and integrated into DecoNetwork’s online designer) to handle pre-production, colour separation and customer-facing mock-ups.

CorelDRAW converts artwork to scalable vectors, simulates colour separations and lets customers preview designs before printing, streamlining pre-press and enabling on-demand direct-to-screen printing. The vendor’s tools cut steps and waste, deliver “perfect output every time,” allow screens to be exposed in about three minutes after printing, support small runs (~50 t-shirts) with faster turnaround, and — through DecoNetwork integration — opened automated online sales and new fundraising campaign opportunities. CorelDRAW made Golla GmbH more agile, efficient and environmentally friendly.
