Saving time and money without scrimping on quality

Refilwe Community Project is a South African charity supporting more than 200 disadvantaged children that needed professional marketing and fundraising materials but had limited staff and budget. To reduce reliance on external designers and speed up production, Donor Relations Manager Corné Engelbrecht turned to CorelDRAW (together with Corel VideoStudio Pro) to create banners, posters, business cards, t‑shirts, slide shows and videos in‑house.

Using CorelDRAW and Corel VideoStudio Pro, Refilwe insourced graphic and video production, cutting turnaround time and outsourcing costs while producing polished materials for donor outreach. The tools enabled quick creation of looped airport slideshows, banners for a weekly Lanseria Airport presence that reaches some 160,000 passengers annually, and fundraising assets that helped raise the organization’s profile and procure donations — demonstrating measurable savings in time and money thanks to CorelDRAW.
