Resumé creates a magazine cover and double-page spread for a 2019 issue with CorelDRAW

The customer, Resumé, Scandinavia's largest business newspaper, commissioned freelance illustrator Stefan Lindblad to create a cover illustration and double-page spread for a special issue. The challenge was to design artwork that visually represented the common traits of the five finalists for an award, including their expertise in data-driven marketing and customer centricity, requiring a concept that could collect and translate this high level of detail into a compelling visual.

Using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, Stefan Lindblad created the illustrations, utilizing tools like the Freehand tool for drawing, PowerClip to constrain elements, and shape tools for composition. The solution allowed for seamless integration with the client's PDF template and easy export to the required TIFF format. The result was a successful, tangible magazine cover and spread for the widely circulated publication, effectively bringing the client's concept to life. CorelDRAW provided the necessary power and compatibility for the complex layout and illustration project.
