Case Study: Techni Architecture achieves streamlined document management and enhanced client communication with CorelDRAW

Techni Architecture, a Marseilles-based practice led by Pascal Costamagna, faced the challenge of managing a large, varied set of project documents — CAD‑CAM plans, photos, Photoshop files and office documents in different sizes — and assembling them into coherent dossiers and client presentations. To solve this, they adopted CorelDRAW Graphics Suite from vendor CorelDRAW.

CorelDRAW is used as a central hub to import/export and optimize all file types; Costamagna purchased CorelDRAW licences for all 20 employees and the team uses it daily to assemble complete PDF dossiers that often consist of about 25 separate documents. By standardizing workflows in CorelDRAW, Techni Architecture has streamlined communication with clients and partners and consistently enhanced the appearance and consistency of all outgoing documents.
