The Health Service Executive (HSE) in the South East, serving 14,000 employees across multiple counties, needed to improve organisational efficiency and reduce the time spent on payroll validation and reporting. To meet this challenge, HSE worked with CoreHR using its payroll solution, CorePay, along with Business Intelligence and People Management tools.

CoreHR upgraded HSE to Version 21, simplifying processes and improving reporting, analytics, and navigation for payroll staff. The results were significant: payroll validations dropped from 20 minutes to 4 minutes, CoreBI report loads for 13,000 lines fell from minutes to 5 seconds, and year-end payroll became easier and more accurate, saving time across daily payroll operations.
