Tallaght Hospital, a large healthcare provider with around 3,000 employees and over 562 beds, needed a more efficient way to manage rostering, time tracking, leave balances, and employee information. With paper-based processes limiting visibility and making manual timesheet handling time-consuming, the hospital turned to CoreHR for Time & Attendance, Rostering, and Employee Self-Service.

CoreHR implemented an online smart rostering solution that replaced paper processes, automated timesheets, integrated premiums and overtime with payroll, and gave managers and staff real-time access to accurate data. As a result, Tallaght Hospital reduced manual input by up to seven days per month, improved attendance and staffing efficiencies, strengthened compliance reporting, and gained better control over variable costs.
