Flex, a global leader in design, manufacturing, distribution, and aftermarket services, needed a more secure and integrated rostering solution for its Netherlands operations to manage a large direct labour workforce across business units and external agencies. The company wanted smarter, competency-based planning that could handle flexible shift patterns while also retaining qualification records and supporting time and cost efficiency. CoreHR’s CoreRoster, alongside CoreTime, was selected to meet these needs.
CoreHR implemented CoreRoster and integrated it with CoreTime and CoreBI to modernize workforce planning, streamline time and attendance, and improve reporting. The results were significant: Flex reduced roster creation time by 5 days per month, cut reporting from 2 days to minutes, and achieved 1.5% cost savings through better scheduling decisions. CoreHR also helped Flex gain real-time visibility into staffing, skills, and performance, enabling more agile and accurate workforce management.
