How a Premier Health Care System Elevated Their Wellness Program

Hamilton Health Care System, a nonprofit health system serving nearly 2,500 employees in northwest Georgia, needed a better wellness technology partner after finding their previous vendor costly and frustrating—limited customization, poor customer service and slow issue resolution, weak reporting and incentive options, and long implementation times hindered their program. After evaluating about 15 vendors, Hamilton Health Care System selected CoreHealth Technologies’ corporate wellness platform for its responsive support, deep customization, challenge templates, reporting and communication features.

CoreHealth Technologies implemented a customizable, mobile-friendly wellness platform in a three-month rollout, enabling faster issue resolution, real-time reporting, flexible incentives, and reseller capabilities. The switch reduced annual license costs from $100K to $16K (an $83K first-year savings), produced an 85% participation rate, a 76.8% HRA completion rate, a team challenge with 663 participants and 16,025 lbs. lost, an individual challenge logging 128 million steps, and estimated program savings of $318,801.42; Hamilton Health also expects to eliminate $154K in third‑party coaching costs using CoreHealth’s coaching tools.
