A CoreHealth Technologies Case Study
Global Health and Care Organization, a multinational health and insurance business with roughly 1,800 eligible employees across 25 locations, wanted to boost employee wellbeing, strengthen global connections and support community giving through a scalable fitness challenge. To run a 3‑week movement campaign that could be tailored by language, culture and region, they partnered with CoreHealth Technologies and used CoreHealth’s corporate wellness platform to deliver gamification, social tools, branded communications and wearable syncing.
CoreHealth Technologies configured a bespoke, company‑wide challenge that tracked steps on a world map, supported team and individual play, enabled charitable triggers and synced with wearables or manual entry. The campaign drove strong engagement: ~60% of eligible employees registered, 78% of registrants remained active, email open rates hit 59%, 96% of participants wanted the challenge repeated, 84% said they moved more, average daily steps per participant were ~9,282 and the group logged over 121,249 km; nearly $8,000 was donated to UNICEF’s Ecuador Earthquake Fund and teams awarded $4,000 to charities of their choice. CoreHealth Technologies’ platform and support are credited with meeting engagement targets and sustaining momentum for a broader wellbeing program.
