Access Information Protected, a fast-growing records and information management company of over 1,100 employees, wanted to foster a culture of health and collaboration across its national locations through activity-based challenges, healthy habits, weight loss and smoking cessation. To support this goal they partnered with CoreHealth Technologies and adopted CoreHealth’s corporate wellness platform to give onsite and remote teams easy access to customizable challenges, social support and robust reporting.

CoreHealth Technologies implemented a flexible, easy-to-administer platform with out-of-the-box and custom challenges, streamlined onboarding, message boards and real-time reporting. The program drove measurable engagement — average daily steps reached 10,532, 36% of participants improved their average steps, 69% reported perceived health improvements, and 94% said they would join another challenge — while creating wellness champions, improving communications and enabling Access Information Protected to expand wellness programs nationally.
