How Marco Technologies Combatted a Declining Premise-Based Voice Market

Marco Technologies, LLC, headquartered in St. Cloud, Minn., is a nationwide technology solutions provider with 47 offices and more than 1,100 employees. As the premise-based PBX market declined and customer demand shifted toward hosted voice, Marco needed a scalable cloud voice option to better serve SMB customers and stay competitive. It turned to CoreDial for a private-label hosted voice solution, using the CoreNexa™ platform to expand its services portfolio without competing with its own sales efforts.

With CoreDial’s CoreNexa platform, Marco was able to offer branded hosted PBX, VoIP, SIP trunking and UCaaS services, set its own pricing, and manage customers from one platform. The solution helped Marco reach new SMB markets, including customers with 25–150 seats, and generate about 50 to 60 quotes per month for cloud voice services. CoreDial also enabled Marco to provide Level 1 support and simplify billing on one invoice, strengthening customer control and adding a new revenue stream.
