The University of Law, a private university and the UK's largest law school, needed to configure its existing Dynamics 365 platform for use by all departments. Their challenge was to create a secure case management process and a self-service portal for students within a short deadline ahead of the new academic year. Core Technology Systems configured Dynamics 365 to provide secure, department-specific case and queue management. They built a scalable self-service portal in Azure App Service, integrated with Azure AD B2C to allow student logins via university or social identities. The solution was delivered successfully, enabling all university departments to use the platform and providing a portal for students. The results strengthened the ongoing relationship, with the University of Law consenting to extended support from Core.
