World Finer Foods, a food and beverage company in Bloomfield, New Jersey, partnered with Core Services Corporation to support its Oracle E-Business Suite environment. After years of stable support, WFF faced a costly server refresh and needed a more cost-effective way to manage its aging Oracle infrastructure, prompting it to consider Core Services Corporation’s Oracle ERP Cloud solutions and managed services.

Core Services Corporation implemented an outsourced Oracle infrastructure model, including an emergency cutover to its data center when WFF’s servers crashed before migration began. Oracle was restored by the next day, ensuring business continuity, and the environment was then stabilized and optimized. The move reduced infrastructure costs by shifting to the cloud, limited headcount costs through remote support, and helped keep Oracle stable and available for more than 18 years.
