American Water Works Association worked with Core-apps on the ACE Annual Conference & Exhibition to provide an event tech experience that was easy to use and valuable for both attendees and exhibitors. The event brought together 600 exhibitors and 20,000 attendees from 120 countries, and the team wanted tools that could help constituents find information and get around the event.

Core-apps provided kiosks with enhancements to the wayfinder, and the mobile app and kiosks were used together to offer options for different audience members. The exhibitor-focused wayfinder was well received, and American Water Works Association said the team is already reviewing event app data to plan a more strategic approach to future event technology.
