With no centralized database, contracts were handled manually via email, stored redundantly on various drives, and auto-renewed without alerts. This manual process created substantial risk and inefficiency, especially as the nonprofit expanded internationally. To address this, USP selected Corcentric's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution for its user-friendly interface and needed functionality.

Corcentric implemented a centralized contract database that provided USP with global access for drafting, amending, and managing agreements. The solution automated alerts and streamlined approvals, solving their core problems. As a result, USP now mandates all contracts be entered into the system, with approximately 500 new contracts processed annually.
