Corcentric implemented a scalable, template-driven platform that unified email, portal self-service and localized print/post delivery, rolling the solution out from one country to 38. The Corcentric deployment delivered measurable benefits: several days saved per month, significantly lower cost per invoice, improved customer experience and fewer service calls; Travelport now distributes over 25,000 electronic invoices monthly (estimated savings of >£4.70 per invoice, roughly £117,500/month) and handles documents for over £4.3bn in payments.
