A Corcentric Case Study

Supporting SQLI Group’s Growth Strategy

SQLI, a European digital services group, needed to optimize and digitize procurement across headquarters and subsidiaries to support growth, guarantee spend and supplier compliance, and promote CSR purchasing. Procurement had been managed in Excel and outdated software, causing reconciliation errors and inefficiency. To modernize processes, SQLI selected Corcentric’s Procure-to-Pay solution and implemented the Provigis connector for supplier compliance.

Corcentric deployed its Procure-to-Pay platform with the Provigis API in a four-month rollout, centralizing direct and indirect purchases for ~100 users and automating invoice-to-PO reconciliation. The implementation delivered measurable results: 90% of Group purchases now flow through the platform, supplier compliance for ~1,500 active suppliers is automated, SQLI handles ~4,000 invoices and €40M in spend with improved data visibility, and accounting and procurement time savings—enabling plans to expand Corcentric to additional countries and advance CSR sourcing.
