The results were substantial, including reducing the average fleet age from 8.9 years to 3.5 years and saving $6.8 million in 2023 alone. Corcentric's work also led to a $1.56 million reduction in idle time and the strategic replacement of approximately 2,600 trucks, greatly boosting efficiency and operational flexibility.
