Laboratoires Expanscience engaged Corcentric to simplify and digitalize its procurement after using Corcentric’s on‑premise Procure-to-Pay system since 2007. The company needed to migrate to Corcentric’s Cloud Platform Procurement Solution to replace manual, Excel‑based approvals, catch up on missed updates, and strengthen internal purchasing controls at its subsidiary in Mexico.

Corcentric implemented its cloud Procurement Solution, helped reconfigure processes (reducing purchasing categories from 600 to 150) and deployed localized tax and UI settings for Mexico. The Corcentric Platform now serves 300 users making nearly 15,000 purchase requests per year across 2,500 suppliers, with 100% of indirect purchases routed through the system—resulting in centralized data, improved controls, full visibility and traceability, fewer classification errors, and easier administration.
