A Corcentric Case Study

Servier Laboratories centralizes purchasing with Corcentric, managing 119 catalogs and 5 million items

Servier Laboratories, a global pharmaceutical company, needed to centralize its purchasing operations and improve catalog management for its many categories of spend. They sought a flexible, scalable platform to replace cumbersome processes and address internal customer requests with greater agility. To meet these challenges, they partnered with Corcentric.

Corcentric implemented its Procure-to-Pay solution on the Corcentric Platform, integrated with its Gopher Intelligent Assistant. This provided a single platform for managing all purchasing catalogs and processes with ease of configuration. The solution enabled Servier to create 119 catalogs containing nearly 5 million items, deploy to 1,600 users, and manage 4,000 process rules. The Intelligent Assistant, used via Microsoft Teams, streamlined approvals and notifications, reducing wait times and freeing purchasing administrators from mundane tasks. Corcentric's platform gave Servier the visibility and agility needed to improve performance and plan for future expansion.
