Servier centralizes purchasing and improves catalog management

Servier Laboratories, a global pharmaceutical group headquartered in Suresnes, France, needed to centralize purchasing and improve catalog management across many purchasing categories while remaining flexible enough to scale with changing business processes. To address these challenges they selected Corcentric’s Procure-to-Pay solution built on the Corcentric Platform and integrated the Gopher Intelligent Assistant.

Corcentric implemented the Procure-to-Pay platform with Gopher, delivering centralized catalog management, easy configuration versus traditional ERPs, and Teams-based notifications and approvals that speed decision-making. The deployment produced 119 catalogs holding nearly 5 million items, manages about 4,000 rules, and was rolled out to 1,600 users; users can approve actions and retrieve information via Teams, reducing delays and freeing purchasing administrators for higher-value work. Corcentric’s solution increased agility and visibility and positions Servier Laboratories to extend the platform to sourcing and supplier management.
