VF Corporation, a global apparel and footwear leader, faced an antiquated credit management process where 100% of outgoing documents were printed and posted and up to eight staff spent hours manually creating, printing and mailing invoices—causing inefficiency, inaccuracies and pressure on cash flow. After a failed first e-billing attempt, VF engaged Corcentric and adopted Corcentric EIPP to modernize and outsource their invoice production and delivery.
Corcentric implemented its EIPP portal (previously Netsend), automating delivery for 150,000+ documents per month, saving 100 staff days monthly, moving over 35% of document distribution online (including a print/post reduction of 52,000 docs) and contributing to reduced DSO. Corcentric’s branded, multi‑brand portal (managing 12 brands in 14 languages) delivered real-time visibility, automated delivery rules and exception handling, producing measurable cost, time and accuracy improvements.
