RCi Banque leverages technology to modernize every step of the purchasing process

RCi Banque, a global automotive finance company, needed to modernize and centralize procurement and finance across 38 countries—improving contract management, documenting and tracking purchasing, increasing spend control and budget visibility, simplifying approvals, and automating invoicing. To meet these goals RCi Banque selected Corcentric and its cloud-based procure-to-pay solution, which includes OCR (Readsoft online) and integrates with SAP for bank transfers.

Corcentric implemented Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Invoice Management and Financial Management modules, centralizing and automating invoicing with native workflows and real-time reporting. The solution now supports 12,000 invoices, 2,800 purchase requests and 800 suppliers, delivering better control, faster “pay” cycles, improved supplier relationships, real-time project visibility and vendor performance benchmarking—capabilities RCi Banque plans to roll out to additional locations thanks to Corcentric.
