A Corcentric Case Study
Peak Utility Services Group, a Denver‑based utility services provider with $400M in 2020 sales and a 2,200‑vehicle fleet across four divisions, faced fragmented purchasing with no centralized procurement or national account pricing. To consolidate buying, standardize fleet purchasing, and capture savings, Peak engaged Corcentric and its Corcentric Fleet Procurement solution.
Corcentric performed a spend analysis and built a sourcing roadmap, established national accounts, enrolled all 33 Peak locations in supplier programs, and implemented an automated invoicing portal to streamline billing. As a result Corcentric delivered measurable savings — up to 18% on tires and 4–16% on parts, lubricants and MRO — improved invoice visibility and compliance, and has Peak enrolled in about ten supplier programs with plans to expand.
