Peak Cashflow, a Birmingham-based provider of debtor-based funding (factoring and invoice discounting) for UK SMEs, faced rising volumes of varied statement layouts and growing customer demand for emailed statements. Their legacy process required multiple staff and heavy print/postage, and integrating automation was complicated because statement data came from a third party (HPD).
